The food was great, on time and the kids loved it. They even did gluten free options. Best of all I had New Year's Eve off from catering for his birthday myself! Thank you so much.

"I celebrated my 60th birthday last weekend with a party for 60 guests. 

GA Fieldhouse provided the magnificent catering for the event.  George and his two staff arrived in plenty of time and whilst my family and I were involved in that chaotic last minute preparation, George and his small team set up unobtrusively in their designated space and got to work preparing and cooking the selected dishes . 
Having had so little rain for the last 6 months, you would imagine our horror when, at the guests arrival time, the heavens opened and it poured with rain.
Without any fuss, George simply moved his mobile kitchen under the pergola and got to work again, in a very limited space.  His pleasant and calm demeanour helped us all cope with the wet and we were very grateful for his ability to cope under the most difficult of circumstances.
The food was lovely and as each platter was offered around by a very competent and charming waiter, you could hear the guests thoroughly enjoying the selection from the menu.  I think the favourite, and certainly the one that my friends and family are still talking about, was the prawn and bacon kebabs – very tasty and perfectly cooked. My guests had plenty to eat, and the leftovers were placed in the fridge for us to enjoy the following day.
The evening was a resounding success and it was such a pleasure not having to worry at all about food, cooking or ensuring the guests were well fed.
I sincerely thank George and recommend him to anyone who is planning an event where they want great food, prepared and served beautifully!
